@@eshay000 well it depends on what type of sound you prefer. I have both ZSTX and CRA. First thing is that zst x is now really old. Almost 4 year older model. CRA us just launched. Cra has better bass, uts tighter and is not loose, ZSTX has bloated bass which i dont like. CRA treble performance is exceptional in this price range. Nothing can come close to CRA in treble extension. Mids are cleaner in CRA, Although zstx have more body in vocals, but they lack clarity

Treble sensitive here but still bought the CRA for the dirt cheap price. Got it for 500 php (10 usd). Vocals are clear but not forward enough for my taste. Still sibilant for me, but eq and tips help. Love the bass, esp the sub bass rumble. Soundstage is good, imaging is good, layering is good. All in all, for 10 usd, no brainer.
Here are my eq adjustments: 575 hz, band pass, Q 1.0, gain +1.2 1555 hz, band pass, Q 1.2, gain +1.2 3750 hz, peak, Q 4.0, gain -4 8100 hz, peak, Q 4.2, gain -3.5 9500 hz, high shelf, Q 2.75, gain -3.3
Got them yesterday.. expected more from the treble. Bass is good tho. For the price they are good. I prefer Final e500 at this price rangemore it's smooth and the resolution, seperation and balance at full volume is the best I've ever heard so far @20$.

@@JJ-hq1eu I'm not sure exactly, i just have a box full of tips from all the IEMs that i've bought over the years and I looked for some silicone tips with a slightly smaller bore. If I was to guess based on their colour I think they are from some Sony IEMs.
I ordered mine yesterday. Arriving today. To think that the quality is amazing for the price, with the 1 DD and a thin diaphragm. Definitely a Chfi winner. Lets hope things improve for CCA in 2022. I am sure with the upgrade in the cable. Things can only sound better.

I would take the ZEX pro (with EQ) over these all day. ZEX pro has better mids, I find them more natural and clear, electric guitars sound much awesome. Same with the bass, I absolutely love the ZEX pro's bass tuning, it is clean and lets the mids shine while still producing nice rumble, while the CRA has more bass but also way more treble, so the bass does not feel as clean. Treble on the CRA is very detailed, but can be a too much at higher volumes. In the other hand, ZEX pro's treble sounds way tamer and is also quite detailed and natural (after EQ fix). ZEX pros fit my ears perfectly after a cable mod and isolate way better than CRA. ZEX pros might have a bit bigger stage, too. EQ really does wonders for the ZEX pro, fixes thin mids and weird trele. My new favourite!

Received these on the morning of 1st Jan, the best new year in a long time! The bass is quite nice but the treble is too peaky for me, hopefully, the DQ6s will remedy this (graph suggests so anyway). Also, the tone and timbre though better than other KZs is still not correct on the highs. Nitpicking further, harmonic distortion is not controlled so high volume listening is out of the question, sounstage depth directly in front is poor
@@thunder12345 Fitting is worse than EDX/V90/CKX Insertion depth is better than those. CRA has the best nozzle width and length although it's is deeper which means it doesn't disappear in your ears and stick out a bit
I'm more of a vocal head and I used the vk4 the 1.5 one, compared to this is vk4 still better or this one is better? It's hard to get the vk4 2.0 here unfortunately
I wish I hadn't bought this one. Got caught up with the hype. Mid-bass is lighter than sub-bass. I guess that's good for EDM, but for my playlist I wish there was more weight in the mid-bass. The note weight in general is on the thin side for me. It helps in the instrument separation, but I'm not sure I'm willing to sacrifice tonality for separation. I think this depends a lot on the purpose (monitoring vs. enjoyment), and the playlist/genre. I had the same impression as that musician/reviewer who said "Where's the bassist?".

As I mentioned in my post, I'm treble sensitive so there's still some fatigue with using the CRA wherein with the Quarks, I don't feel any at all. That's why I use the Quarks as my sleep buds. I'm not a bass head too that's why the bass levels on the Quarks are good for me. Both are comfortable in my case, but the Quarks almost disappear in my ears, especially when I switched the tips to Spinfits CP100's and the fact that they're very small. The only advantage in my case that I see with the CRA is the replaceable cable. If you want something energetic and you have tolerance for treble or you want that sparkly highs, the CRA might be better for you.

Bro. The new qkz zax 2 just came out i think today, the design is super identical to zex but tuning wise i think its complete garbage considering many qkz I've heard sounds kinda like edx but worse maybe this one isn't, we never know

zex pro - a bit bassy, really natural sub mids are soo good ngl trebles are a but of a shame but you can use autoeq cca cra really bassy, i like it middle area are well separated ( same to zex) trebles more natural and separated
Unfortunately I don't include the VK4 anymore in my comparisons coz of the changed tuning. This is going to be more V though over the OG VK4s, more 12k as well.

Não compre edx pro para jogos de tiro, é muito difícil localizar os passos.
CRA separa melhor as frequências e vc consegue distinguir melhor os passos dos inimigos. Por outro lado o grave do EDX PRIMO é mais forte.
