Bored During Quarantine || Making Projects || Giant Spool To Table

You ever get bored and look around the house for things to do?
That's exactly what we did today, we had this spool that Trevor threw on the patio years ago and we decided it was time to make it look nice and officially make it a table. These spools go to construction job sites around the world and a really good way to repurpose them is to make them furniture. They are used to bring large amounts of cable to job sites. They are very well made in order to hold the hundreds of pounds of cable that comes wrapped around them.
If you want one for yourself search "large cable spool" on craigslist or google and it should come up. Another option is to talk to a friend that works in construction and ask them to keep an eye out for one.
This video is definitely different from what we normally post but we hope y'all still enjoy it.

Well done . Spray paint can be expensive in the end , for Durability and economy reasons it's best to choke the raw wood with oil , any oil will do e.g veg oil etc , then finish with a oil based outdoor varnish , again well done .
