Man, Fresco was talking about LCD screens and what came to be essentially the internet way back in 74... how any one cannot recognize/value this man's many opinions is truly lost on me. Even if people don't agree with him on everything you have to be in awe of how on the ball Jacque is about so many things.
That's because Fresco understood that touch screens and LCD technology was already available back in 1974... it just didn't become 'cost effective' to be sold at a profit. See, money has no relation to resource availability or our technical know-how to implement things very fast with sustainability, minimal impact to the environment (while simultaneously protecting/cleaning it) and of course making it available to everyone in sustainable abundance. Have you any idea just how strong the elites and titans of industry would hold onto the status quo. This mans ideals are quite remarkable, based on a "resource based economy for the world. Very close to the society of earth within the Star Trek universe, basically a utopia. Before such an era is ever seen, the elites, politicians, titans of industries would never let it happen. The working class, students, average-living elderly folks are far out-numbering the super rich ownership class of the monetary system. Love it when JF talks about people not wanting big tv sets, record players etc, but instead a flat screen on the wall and all entertainment on a computer where you just select what music or program you want.. He is not advocating for too much technology, he mostly advocates for a restructuring of the way we think and the reorganization of the capitalist system to a totally new economy/society. It will never happen. Fresco's ideas would make the Rothschild-controlled central banking system obsolete. The last time someone attempted to eliminate them, a world war was created to stop them from succeeding (and of course history was re-written to prevent people from knowing this, and laws were passed making it illegal to even question the "official narrative").

A valid evaluation. The biggest problem today is stupidity. Meaning: Lacking in basic information relating to their existence in it's natural environment. No one ever remonstrates over the things they understand such as 1+1=2. Because we all understand how infallible that is - through education.
Lot of people don’t know him but he is definitely shocking talking about things we have today in 70s. Unbelievable. I guess, some people using his ideas and writings and present as their own and get all the credit. Insane, he just set up the plan for humanity to survive. Unfortunately, humans like him are rare.
The tour costs $200. A hundred goes to the project and the other hundred covers 4 movies and a book that they give you. The tour lasts like 6 hours or longer sometimes. It's def worth it because the money is going towards something really positive and just meeting Jacque and Roxanne was an honor for me personally.
I can totally say that this interview actually is the most remarkable I've ever seen. Outstandingly true and direct. Jacque did something I never seen before, and I don't necessarily mean the venus project by that but his directness without...you know, leaving the topic or something too much. I can't really say what I want to say because my english isn't the best when I am kinda still asleep, sorry fellas. It's just that Fresco is absolutely impressive in this interview and King one hell of a good interviewer. Because he let's his guest talk and asks him the right questions that really matter. When you see interviews of today you get the impression of interviewers who take themselves way too important. Although I've got to say it's my first and only interview with Larry King so far. But I think he didn't change too much from interview to interview. In any event I thank both characters for their efforts and inspiring work. Especially the venus project got me focused and inspired to do what needs to be done in our lifetimes. Show humanity another way possible and changes that make absolutely sense. God I wished I had the chance to speak with Fresco at least once. Rest in peace the both of you. Unbelievable that one of them died 2021 because of the followings of the covid virus. Anyway, thanks again and all the other people migt reading this, get yourself up and start to change the environment and not yourselves, because people usually don't change from itself, there is no change of living beings without the environment to be kind of a blueprint. So to change ourselves and each other, we got to change the environment at first. That's for sure. Love ya'll people and never lose hope or motivation for the good things. Engineers have these ideas and they're possible but profit controls everything in the system the world operates in so something like this would never get done, no matter how good for the world.

The maglevs are resource expensive and underutilized, the air cleaning devices use more energy to try to clean the air and the people isolated in skyscrapers are alienated. Yes, he predicted many changes that eventually came but he couldn't predict the problems that came with them because he lacked profound education in that areas, and it's not because "the big ones wanted a chaos world" but because reality doesn't conform to theory...
I know he broke his leg a while ago, but they told me he's healing. When I was there he was mostly sitting down the whole time but he did get up once to demonstrate something. Roxanne took us around to the buildings to show us all the models. I hope he keeps getting better. His hearing's really bad but his mind is still sharp. People always ask how he manages to stay healthy. He always responds it's your attitude about life that is the most important. Roxanne said he just has a zest for life.
Even today as he's already passed away... It's still ahead of his time and I'll probably perish without seeing the evolution we would have with his ideas...

The working class, students, average-living elderly folks are far out-numbering the super rich ownership class of the monetary system. If enough of us want something, like system change, and we are educated on it, we can make it happen. This would be a good instance of using strength in numbers to make a positive change in our world.

I believe, however, that he hoped that with enough people interested, societies everywhere would see his genius (or rather the potential of humanity AND individuality), turn a 180, dump the mundane lifestyles and the needless concerns coupled with them and immediately pool resources (no money needed) to the greater cause that humanity was meant to undertake.

The Punishment is endless for Sinners/Devil according to religious scriptures. But God is love always. Overcome hate with love. If all religions for peace, unity? No way. Because they are not for peace. 8) Well, The God gave us everything to go from moment to moment in our lives as we do our part and pray only to thank god then the Love is in progress. Love it when JF talks about people not wanting big tv sets, record players etc, but instead a flat screen on the wall and all entertainment on a computer where you just select what music or program you want.. Meeting the man in the late 1960s was a watershed moment in my life. His vision and worldview changed mine. And he was a very funny man; his humanity and humor is what I remember most.
I like Larry King, and how in the middle of the interview it started to feel like fantasy and imagination, and then Larry King paused and repeated Fresco's CV to make sure viewers understood that the guy knows what he's talking about.

Most people in the comment section here don’t really get what Fresco is trying to do here. He is not advocating for too much technology, he mostly advocates for a restructuring of the way we think and the reorganization of the capitalist system to a totally new economy/society. Social values must come first before the technology

This is a necessary solution out of our current pandemic economic restructuring we’re facing. 50 years he has been pushing for a valid solution and now in 2020 we have regressed and could’ve been so much better off as a whole.

@Luke Austin Giving people free money and making them work even less than they already do is only going to worsen the situation. In fact, it already has over the past year and a half. People seem significantly lazier and dumber than before the pandemic. Communism never has, and never will work, and those ideas are rooted in Marxist communism. In order to understand why the world is in the shape it is, one must first understand actual history and who is actually in control of this planet - and it's no where close to the cartoon fiction written in history books and promoted by the CIA/MI6/Mossad-controlled western media. The last time someone attempted to create a new system that eliminated the central banks from their country (which in fact was very similar to TVP, even down to plans for a futuristic city that resembles Fresco's vision), a second world war was created to stop them. And the bankers won, and here we are now almost 80 years later, still living the fall-out of those events.

It's the ignorance of man, the restrictions created by governance and huge corporations which stop us developing as humans, damaging the earth and bleeding the earths resources stopping this system becoming reality, why? Because of profit, millions of men women and children are killed needlessly, are starving to death. It will never happen. Fresco's ideas would make the Rothschild-controlled central banking system obsolete. The last time someone attempted to eliminate them, a world war was created to stop them from succeeding (and of course history was re-written to prevent people from knowing this, and laws were passed making it illegal to even question the "official narrative").

I really love when he uses the phrase " what you call.." as seen at 14:01, it always makes me question why we say certain things the way we say it and just makes you remember that most of the things you think of are not specific to yourself but by your culture. What a man. I just watched his extensive interview at London Real. He was 96 when the interview was taken in 2012. And he is still coherent, logical and and wit. It's amazing. The only person who comes to mind similar to Jacque is Jack Lalane who, unfortunately, recently passed away.

Woah Larry king is the Goat interviewer, he literally has never changed. Right to the point, and his questions make people spill information.
Lot of people don’t know him but he is definitely shocking talking about things we have today in 70s. Unbelievable. I guess, some people using his ideas and writings and present as their own and get all the credit. Insane, he just set up the plan for humanity to survive. Unfortunately, humans like him are rare.

The tour costs $200. A hundred goes to the project and the other hundred covers 4 movies and a book that they give you. The tour lasts like 6 hours or longer sometimes. It's def worth it because the money is going towards something really positive and just meeting Jacque and Roxanne was an honor for me personally.
I can totally say that this interview actually is the most remarkable I've ever seen. Outstandingly true and direct. Jacque did something I never seen before, and I don't necessarily mean the venus project by that but his directness without...you know, leaving the topic or something too much. I can't really say what I want to say because my english isn't the best when I am kinda still asleep, sorry fellas. It's just that Fresco is absolutely impressive in this interview and King one hell of a good interviewer. Because he let's his guest talk and asks him the right questions that really matter. When you see interviews of today you get the impression of interviewers who take themselves way too important. Although I've got to say it's my first and only interview with Larry King so far. But I think he didn't change too much from interview to interview.
In any event I thank both characters for their efforts and inspiring work. Especially the venus project got me focused and inspired to do what needs to be done in our lifetimes. Show humanity another way possible and changes that make absolutely sense. God I wished I had the chance to speak with Fresco at least once.

Anyway, thanks again and all the other people migt reading this, get yourself up and start to change the environment and not yourselves, because people usually don't change from itself, there is no change of living beings without the environment to be kind of a blueprint. I know he broke his leg a while ago, but they told me he's healing. When I was there he was mostly sitting down the whole time but he did get up once to demonstrate something. Roxanne took us around to the buildings to show us all the models. I hope he keeps getting better. His hearing's really bad but his mind is still sharp. People always ask how he manages to stay healthy. He always responds it's your attitude about life that is the most important. Roxanne said he just has a zest for life.
His visions were prophetic, his brilliance was beyond indigo and from another world.
