Hello Physiotutors, I injured my adductor as my toe sipped while doing high box jumps. It's been 4 weeks since the injury. I am able to do the mentioned exercise 2 sets of 4 reps each. But the pain is still there if I do KB swings kind of exercises. Will this exercise help me for full recovery.
As this is a pretty heavy exercise you should regress, so make it easier. In this exercise you could for example fixate above the knee. An even easier exercise is to to lateral slides in standing. We might do a video on that soon!
Would this be good for adductor tendinosis. I feel like my adductor is pulled whenever i stretch it. At least on my left adductors. It’s been like this for like 3 months. No pain with leg exercises unless the left adductor is stretched
Go ahead and watch our latest VLOG on Kai's adductor strain rehab. The Copenhagen's can be to provocative in the early stage and you should probably start with easier exercises first.
Hey guys, please help - I'm really desperate. I work out and I injured my hip adductors (as well as flexors and upper traps) and I believe it's becoming some form of chronic tendonitis because it's been months and it still hurts despite massaging and foam rolling. My physio says I'm too tight and it's affecting it because it puts extra strain on my muscles from walking weird due to the tightness. I have barely trained legs at all since Corona hit, but it's not getting better. Yesterday on a trampoline I brought my legs outward during the height of the jump and when I tried bringing them in, it hurt like hell (a sort of sharp pain). I'm really worried that since it's been months and months. Do you think this will help at this stage? If not, what can I do? Much respect, Pedro.
I'm laughing at this ridiculous exercise -seems like you only are interested in fit young men - so am I - however, at 75 years of age, little and plump - it would be a challenge to even lift my leg to get into the bath!
Copenhagen abduction exercise is good for groin pain.

Definitely a great exercise for adductor strain, but impossible for us to say what you need to fully recover without knowing you
Question is. Ingured leg must be up or down?
Up
Both will have benefit. Start with your injured leg down because the adduction power needed will be less to hold the leg up than holding the body up.
I did with ingured leg up. Ingure was gone after 2 weeks of exercising.
@@sebuniak Ya great. Alternate between both legs each session is good too. And good idea to keep doing it to avoid re-injuring.
Sir my thighs rotates inwards. Is it a sign of weak adductors??
Will these exercises make my adductors strong??
I have intensive pain in my left leg near my groin. When I walk it makes noise like a rubber band snapping. What can I do
Would recommend to get in touch with our partner yourphysio.online for an online consultation.

What exactly is Episoketren System? How does this thing really work? I notice many people keep on talking about this popular training program.
Hi there, I want to know if Episoketren System, will really work for me? I notice lots of people keep on talking about this popular training course.
Smith machine?
What if this hurts my si joint/hip
It's a hard exercise, would reduce the lever arm and see if you can do it pain free
When i play football i fell the pain in adductor but after 2days the pain is gone. What can i do ?
Try these exercises to see if they can change anything or seek the help of a a local physio.
This isn't something I would prescribe for rehab of an already injured adductor though?
Depends on the degree of injury and the stage of rehab. It is a great, if not the best exercise for late rehab of adductor strains though.
I have it in my left leg ugh
dang no partner and no smith machine :(
