These two Color Changers are pretty bad in my opinion. If I had to rank them from S to F, then Doc would go in the E tier, and Revo would go in the F tier. (Yes, there is an E and F tier.) Which tiers would you put them in?
Nice! Yeah they’re not too great. I put them both in C when I did my tier list ranking.
