2019 FIVB Women's Volleyball Intercontinental Olympic Qualification Tournament
The 2019 FIVB Women's Volleyball Intercontinental Olympic Qualification Tournament is a volleyball tournament for women's national teams organised by Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB), to be held in August 2019. 24 teams will play in the tournament, where the top 6 teams will qualify to the 2020 Olympic volleyball tournament. Unlike previous editions, the intercontinental qualifier will be held before the continental qualifiers.

So we know already which countries qualified for Olympic 2020.
Fivb used the serpentine method based on the country's points. It's fair enough.
@@leegonzales856 I think much better to give a chance those weak countries.
You can check in FIVB page how the pool composition was made. Serpentine system based on FIVB world ranking have been the method and used in most sports. It is fair and no country against the rule.
