Hey DS, thanks for the feedback! I went through that exact transition where I work. All I can say is embrace the change. There are lots of opportunities for people that really dig in and learn ServiceNow skills. I keep reminding myself of that when I get frustrated with some of this stuff.
Since I have started with a ServiceNow provider, nothing has been low code / no code / easy to set up. Hierarchical import from Excel needs script, workspace forms connecting to tables is so hard, they have also removed an easy way to add existing reports on to workspaces, UI Builder is just so hard to learn and so on.. nothing is easy here.

HI Jeff, working on building my Portfolio... Recently passed my CSA and currently studying for my ITSM. However most employers are looking for atleast 2 years experience😳
Hey Gareth, thanks for the feedback! It's hard to get experience when you can't get work because you don't have experience 😀. Keep learning and I'm certain something will eventually come along. Then you can wow them with all you know. One idea might be to start jumping into forums and helping answer questions. Even leaving comments like the one you left me here can make valuable connections with people and let them know that you are actively working and learning.

I would recommend that you start by just getting an overall feel for ServiceNow and what it does. I have series of videos on the channel that can help with that. It's essentially the ServiceNow Fundamentals course, but in my own words.

Point taken. I think there is a LONG way to go with making this stuff simpler and more accessible.
