    These New York City cops are the bees knees.
    Officers Darren Mays and Michael Lauriano are the NYPD’s Beekeeper Unit. Mays took over the voluntary post after the retirement of Anthony Planakis (a.k.a. Tony Bees) back in 2014. Lauriano joined in a year ago.
