Naalala ko na pinapakita nyo kung paano magluto. Baka naman po pwede din malaman paano nyo iluto yung kare kare. Paano din timplahan yung beef short ribs instead na ox tail.

Pero kung napapansin natin, pagdating sa mga lutuin, kung ang lulutuin natin ay paa ng baboy, oxtail, ulo o mga balat2 lang lalo na pag baka ang lulutuin. Andon yung lapot ng sabaw, iba rin kasi ang texture nun pagdating sa mga klase ng lulutuin natin pag yang mga yan ang iluluto natin(yung lapot ng sabaw ang magiging basehan dyan, at yung lasa syempre) Base on my experience lang naman bossing, yun lang po..Again,congrats and more blessings to come on your business..
If I may suggest an additional item to your menu Sir/Maam? I recommend that you serve EGG FLOWER SOUP! I only say this because you already have the ingredients readily available, its easy to prepare ( water, egg, corn starch, garlic chips/veggies ) , it is the perfect pair for all of your menu items, the weather in Washington is always cold, and rainy, perfect for this particular soup.

Masarap at malasa po talaga kpg oxtail ang ilalagay sa kare2 at sa ginisang monggo mo rin,masarap din po ang oxtail dyan ,matagal ko na pong ginagawa yan😁 Sa monggo nmn po dahon ng saluyot ang kasama ng oxtail at pati na rin sa siniggang, saluyot din po ang kasama nya,hehehe. My decision not to use oxtail is its EXORBITANT COST . The meat vendor claims there's just one small tail with little flesh, (tho' collagen rich ) thus little profit margin . I use instead spare ribs which can be costly too. Im sure masarap ang luto nyo po.
Alam kona sir kung bakit walang sitaw at talong hindi na kasya sa lalagyan yung una kung napanood yung kare kare naglaway tlga ako kasi paborito ko yan kaya lang may kulang hinahanap ko yung sitaw at talong naisip ko kung llagyan mopa dina kasya sa lalagyan sana merong naglluto dito sa pinas na ng kare kare na katulad ng sa inyo yung swak sa budget lang sana kaso need mopa pumunta sa mga kilalang restaurant para lang sa masarap na kare kare good job kuya sana lumago pa lalo ang negosyo nyo god bless 😊
Agree only if it’s for home cooking or when operating a restaurant. Not really recommended if your target market are soldiers who definitely just have enough money on their pocket. How are you gonna charge your customers if you’ll use ox tail when it’s around $9-13 per lb? Also, short ribs are 👌🏼just saying!

Short ribs is really good substitute for ox tail! More meat, u can also use stewing beef so there’s no bones!😊😋😋😋

Puede gumamit ng ibang parts of beef. Puede nga rin pork pata and litson kawali. Nasa choice na yun ng magluluto.
