I was lucky enough to own a C series, drove B,C,E and Ec series and loved them all especially those with the Cummins big cam 14 litre and Eaton box.

ERF wasn't a big brand in Australia unlike Atkinson, Austin, Foden, Leyland, Bedford, Thames and Seddon etc, so you have a great collection of them, quite a long line of models and cab shapes, very interesting, thanks for posting, I enjoyed that.

That Holtons ERF was a bloody good lorry , i drove it from new until it was 7 yrs old and covered 860.000km trouble free , photo taken at Coca-Cola Wakefield , those ERFs were as good as and better than some comparable foreign lorrys at the time

@Mr Laurence Charlton. In the 60s I was parked up in Hungary .minus 4 degrees in an A series ERF .no sleeper no night heater and The German Fernfahrer next to me in his Mercedes 1619 .Eberspacher going said """Jokingly ...""Iknow now how England won the war ....!!!! Our manufacturers were too late.!!!!

As soon as Volvo and Scania arrived on our shores it was game over .Sleeper cabs, night heaters, less noise ,a better driving experience and I would imagine that if an operator had these trucks the good drivers would follow
