There are 2 things below all these settings and they are "metered network" and "MAC address type". None of which we were given any info about setting. So there is no way that blue connect button is available to click. Even with all the above settings entered and after changing the metered network and mac type to auto/metered/unmetered along with pc/phone. All combinations still dont allow that connect button to be clicked.

Yeah I noticed that he didn't even have a connect button available to press because the connect button wasn't ready to press.
Yet the connect button was loading so he must have done something to be able to do that, obviously only by entering the password.
