@@MegaZeldafan1 Actually, she says… Contessa: Honor among thieves? Surely you jest. If I’m going to prison, I’m taking Carmen with me. Look for her in South America.
I was just in Edinburgh and I visited some of the places mentioned by the chief, including the castle. And yes I was there when the 1:00 cannon was launched.
you know it's funny Angel Rodriguez asked about this episode on Tvlubber's upload of taking of the tower. He'll be happy to see this up and just like that all of the season 1 dying informant segments are on youtube....oh they used a different music for the slideshow here
sounds like this was something that they were originally planning to do using folk music from the area. Not that I'm against the music that was used for the slideshow in the first season, but folk music from the area does sound like a good idea, it would have been kind of like the PC games
I also remember them using Scottish bagpipes for the Photo Recon from this episode when I last watched it several years ago. Glad to see I wasn't imagining it
One thing I miss from season one is how The Chief would address the gumshoes individually. I guess this was changed in season 2 when the new set did not include the Chief's office.
@@brettjacquard219 I liked season 4 too, too bad it only had 50 episodes instead of 65. Season 5 was a bit of a letdown, with two fewer clues and that unnecessary "training exercise." I guess they thought it was easier than coming up with clues. Of course you can't blame public TV for working with a low budget.
@@antonspivack3928 understandable yet relevant. I still wonder sometimes why Seasons 4 & 5 only lasted 50 episodes; maybe budget cutbacks or something like that maybe. I almost forget that the 30th anniversary of this show is coming up Sept. 30; I’ll be watching in honour.
Part of the fun of the original games was the crook would always steal something ridiculous and impossible to steal, like a mountain, body of water or something completely fictional. Stealing a crater fits right in.
Thank God for RUclips. I used to watch this show when I was young. Definitely some good times back then. Wouldn't mind reliving it if it was physically possible but I guess I'll just have to stick with TV nostalgia. Love that they have all the episodes on here. So many I've never even seen before! Interesting, there is an Angel Rodriguez who is a professional basketball player from Porto Rico who looks like he could be this guy but now older. Except his wiki says he was born in 1992, but this episode aired in 1991 and he looks to be 12-13 here. Maybe it's just coincidence, or Wikiedia has his birth date wrong.
I never liked it when Rockapella did "The Loot!" whenever the contestant found the loot. I guess they couldn't think of anything cute to do for this one.
I think this was in the later seasons when they were doing that contest, but I'm looking for an episode where the office sketch was Greg using this camera thing to switch shots. At the end of it it was a picture of outer space. Does anybody know where that is?
Got to say I am impressed with the special effects used to made it look like the Chief was briefly missing her head.
Lynne Thigpen may have been wearing a green mask...since using a green screen can make anyone look invisible.
Test pattern
@@eee-eee-clap-clap2367 Not so sure, because you can briefly see her hair at around 9:24
What about the one where she'd have two heads and then at the end she kind of squeezed them together. Lol. I thought I was having double vision.
