Hi dear, 2 things I noticed that you should try to minimize if you want to have a clear throat throughout the year are cows milk especially powdered milk and oily foods,I know it will be very hard but it is very worth it,they cauee mucus to build up in the throat which increases the regularity of the allergies and blocks your throat and airways.
This has nothing to do with what i eat. It is the harmattan.I don’t even like to see oil in my food so i keep it at a minimum level and as for the milk because you see it in my videos doesn’t mean i take milk all the time.
