If you are an affiliate the official twitch rules say you are forbidden to simultaneously stream on two platforms at once, however I have tested the boundaries of their rules and they don’t have a sophisticated way of flagging people. I don’t think they’re interested in removing accounts when those advertisment dollars make so much money for twitch alone. They have no real reason to ban people unless people are incredibly offended and twitch steps in to pretend they care. Short answer: no, but you can stream on one or the other Long answer: its twitch and you are in your right to test their boundaries. LOL I seen people partnered and affiliated on RUclips/twitch and get away with it.
my output always ends up being super small and squeezed into frame, it's like a 1920x1080 is being squeezed into a 720x1280 and i have no idea how to fix this issue.

The only problem i have is LOOLA gaining "access" to your YT channel by managing your channel. Is there away to turn that off so the don't gain access, but still use the app?
in OBS, under the Video tab in Settings, if you change the Output (Scaled) Resolution to 405x720, the FPS to 30 and the bitrate (in the Output tab) to 2500 or 2450 it shows up correctly.

You need a pc and a capture card to stream your console gameplay.
