I used to work at Red Lobster all the food is frozen except if you buy a LIVE lobster.Also that amazing sauce she was talking about is Brown Butter sauce( diced garlic,tomatoes,and herbs), you can ask for BB sauce on steaks or anything and it’s the best thing ever!!!Don’t eat the soups,careful with the salads,and definitely order the pizza but add extra crab/lobster if you’re feeling fancy.
The fresh fish isn't frozen. I don't know if they still have that but it would come in twice a week. 95% of all food in any restaurant is frozen anyway.

You're right. "It doesn't matter as long as you get it out" But!!!can I suggest for crab legs breaking it every ligament. Then cracking the sections like a glow stick. Snap or. That way the crab meat will cum out in a chunk instead of breaking and flaking apart.
Dragon broccoli with snow crab legs. Lobster dip. Get the mushrooms with cheese only. Tell them to burn it a little. Bring your own guacamole green chips. Get a cup of hot tea and a large cup of ice. Now enjoy that meal!

The Cheddar Bay Biscuits is the main reason I go to Red Lobster.
They were sued because there is no cheddar in them.all soy. They are now called red lobster signature biscuits
