That was the best expression I have ever heard because it's pretty easy. Remorse means deep regret, so that expression explains its self clearly, but what made it more interesting your explanation with those wonderful teachers,I mean Neil and Faife, I'm so sorry if I wrote her name wrongly. I always have buyer's remorse after I buy new clothes or shoes, because, you know what, I buy new clothes but I leave them in the wardrobe and put on my usual clothes instead
This expression reminds me of my aunt living in the village. Every time she comes to the city, she buys something like shoes, clothes, etc, and after buying them she gets angry and asks us to come with her to replace them.I think she is suffering from a real buyer's remorse.
