Petrine in C gives me depression, and IS is to blame. As someone who's been using her since her release, I knew what she needed to really help her succeed in modern Feh, which IS failed to do. They gave her some things but not enough. Also I still wish they gave Ashnard and Nemesis auto follow-up in their refines.

I'll stand by the fact Alphonse does totally fine at the role of defensive Cav but they had to totally build his kit around being defensive to get him to work poor Ferdinand.
With Seiro, i thought the C upgrade was very interesting, especially since it can stack when using double Seiros and a third combat mythic to give the third one a nice boost. Can also use 3 Seiros to give them all the double boost of course, not the best but kinda funny

Seeing Pirate Tibarn in the top 5 makes me so happy, I'm happy that both him and Base Tibarn have really good refines, and im so happy that this year, gave Beasts units so many good skills, that i ended up giving to the two

I understand the reasoning of fallen ike in B tier but also considering the skills we got after his refine he could be higher...I'm also very biased I know Still gust and tp echo were game changer for him and beign one of the few units that can effectively run laguz friend + gust is quite impressive, and with every new mythic release that debuffs your team he isn't as much dependent on debuffs structures That said I agree with seteth and pirate tibarn beign do high, I've used seteth for a bit in ar chaos season and I plan to give pirate tibarn a try on defense for the frozen status
Just remember this is a refine tier list not unit. I think Fallen Ike is actually a slept on omnitank,and I'd put him much higher on a unit tier list, but a lot of this new found power is due to the new skills/echos like you mentioned and how inherently powerful omni-unity is. His actual refine has some redundancy with LF 4 and doesn't offer any crazy effects.

I liked L!Sigurd more after some newer skills came out like especially Excel since Potent was always a nice option for him but now we have Emblem Sigurd who is just better in every way
I really like Mythic Thorr's refine since she can tank most of this. The remix almost matches Legendary Elincia with its capability of granting omni-Guidance effect which helped almost every unit including armored units like Nidhoggr. Plus, the pulse jump effect on allies and instant charge for Mythic Thorr made it awesome to use as a dual purpose unit being an offensive support
Lilith would probably like Momentum more as the extra movement damage is pretty much guaranteed with the global warping. Warp blocking is nowadays more common though especially once the new year units hit, so fingers crossed for a Pass Echo skill so that Lilith could rise again. Mythic Thorr funnily wants to keep her Guard Bearing solely for the Sigurd matchup. Guard Bearing does provide 60% AoE DR. This allows Thorr to be a somewhat serviceable frontline. Lastly, as a devil's advocate Solon can be used for AR O with the Playpen Lv. 2 as now you can stall to turn 3 and allow his weapon to go off. Not that it is a good idea but lmao.
I think for my perspective, Legendary Fire Lilina won my high weapon refine this year. She's so good with a brand new refine but lacking to defeat the harder tanking units. Also, since her HOF comeback in October of this year, her skills that i made even more better is causing AOE nuke, i really think her defense stat is low, i get that she's a magic user, but Legendary Fire Lilina AOE defeats Emblem Ike ao easily like it's not even a joke unlike other premium 5 stars whichever magic users, like Rearmed Lilina, but that doesn't count so yeah i agree that her refine is very strong, however dropped down a little bit. Also, next year of February or March, i can't wait for Legendary Nanna's refine like she will be so good with that refine, so i am looking forward to that as well. :)
Annette was my favorite. I rely on her a lot with debuffing and supporting. The extra turn is amazing and her combat is still solid with the adaptive damage My Annette I focus more on her defense with both assets in DEF and RES. With SPD/DEF ruse 4. Though costly I run Fortifications and BOL4. With Null-C echo With Sigurd's ring I'll use the ruse to debuff the enemy. Use her extra turn to initiate and then canto and set tiles and have her heal her allies. It's so reliable I love it!
My Lilith does stupid damage to anything I put her against (She has atk/spd unity and clash seal. Also attuned peony's echo skill, though that is likely the least important)
Good batch overall, but I would argue LLilina is easily S tier or at least definitely not in the same tier as LMByleth, I have them both +10 for years so I know, I would like to make a case for LSigurd but oh man, I'm dreading to use him next wind season but I have to so I'll update his kit reluctantly, IS really did him dirty for not giving him a way to pierce regular dmg reduction, him charging his special have been fixed by Momentum 4 but he still lacks that DR piercing part, not to be good, but functional.
Of course, Legendary Fire Lilina is OP, and the fact that people do not agree that she's not in S tier is looking me like what's wrong with the FEH community? like, are we wanting bad refines? I know it's way too harsh, but the fact that the community feels way too negative really bothers me. It's because of IS who actually is killing the game because of powercreep. Also, why love negatively? anyways I love positive and not acting like a not knowing person, like if she was garbage tier her refine would be bad don't you think? Like I'm just sick of this negatively that we are all having because of IS's stupid plans.
@nobunagaoda9277 Yeah LLilina is so strong in the arena meta specifically, sure, there's BoL4 but people forget that it has a drive condition so if you snipe the unit then no BoL4, AoE dmg reduction is even rarer, the way she 9/10 demolishes EIke is the chef kiss, also remember EIke? That unit people measured nukes against to prove their viability? How timed have changed, I guess. Regardless, I don't think it is about negativity but more about FOMO, people just gravitates around the newest toys and don't care about old ones unless they're impossible to ignore like BHector, but those are very rare cases, the problem is that old units need investment to function and most people just don't have the resourses or energy to update them, thus they're never discovered.

You can just run a drive there if you don't have any of the options I showed
