Hay Chaz, I've also had a very similar experience, also messed up on drugs and drink at the time, was parting, went to the car with a bud and a girl i was chatting to, was about to bang some coke, suddenly the car filled up with Gods presents, my bud asked me if i felt that i said yez, he was pale even for a whit guy, i looked at the girl and read her mail, she to was gona off her self later that night already had it planned...couldent and didn't want to stop the words coming out my mouth about God and His great love for her, also sobered right up.. i think he's referring to the sin that you dont care committing. like some people don't think living together before marriage is a sin, now that's not okay verses someone struggling with another secret sin, but understands that sinning is not okay.
and i also think the point is that, if God uses people who are living in sin, or struggle with morals, then it should be a fear of God thinking that, wow if God can use somebody like that, what excuse do I have? do I have any excuse in rejecting God's call, or think that I can't do it, or for whatever reasons feel inadequate, and thus not answer/follow to that call?

Very encouraging and challenging. One point I would like to share is that I heard one of the preachers in this video say, “the bad people” and I am surprised to hear that because the word of God says that no one is good but God. So, instead of saying, “the people that are bad”…I would try to be careful to say, “the people who are in bondage and in need of help from Christ”. We are all in the same struggle. Some of us have received that grace and some have yet to do so. None is good but God.
We cannot understand the depths of the mercy of God. He uses imperfect, broken tools because that is all He has to work with.

I'm under no illusion that God's anointing on my life is a license to sin. However, if I wait to be delivered before working in God's Kingdom I am forfeiting Gods grace. It now becomes my job to fix myself to prove my worthiness by being a "sinless" person . That is works, and not of grace. The Devil wins because he has thwarted my destiny. We should pray for deliverance. Meanwhile not hide in shame and guilt while sitting back in defeat. Seek deliverance through prayer and fasting. Despising the sin and shame but still realizing God will never leave me or forsake me. Only God knows the heart of man as He is a discerner of it's intentions. He looks on our hearts when we are Believers in Him and the sacrifice Jesus made at Calvary for our sins.
The problem with this is that when such a Christian in a position of leadership in the church is publicly revealed to struggle with sin(s), to the unbelievers it only hardens their hearts toward the church and belief in God even more. There are lots of bitter people who hate the church because of "hypocrites."
Yet we ALL have areas when we're hypocrites, on occasion. So for people to point fingers when they have done the same thing, is kind of a excuse with justification of pain.

I know in my personal life and relationship with I seek with fervrent hunger to be a partakers of His divine nature daily. Simultaneously I equally long to be used by Father. This reminds me of the scripture where Jesus said some will come to him and say did we not prophesy in your name and heal the sick and cast out devils and raise the Dead and yet Jesus said that he would tell them depart from me for I never knew you. Wow wow wow! For this reason my longing is to know him to be a partaker of his divine nature to share in The fellowship of his suffering and the power of his resurrection. At least for me this journey seems to be LOL longer slower more painful etc. Nevertheless the hunger he has given me for Himself leads me in this path. I long to be used by him but I am acutely aware that my motives thoughts intents must be right before him! I have tasted scene manifested demonstrated extraordinary prophetic wisdom insight words of knowledge etc but looking back I was selfishly ambitious terribly insecure secretly depressed anxious and the more. It is the condition of my heart before him that I long to see healed and fulfilled and satisfied again by becoming a partaker of his divine nature. He can speak through a donkey but is that what we want? To be a donkey LOL no thank you. Have faithful tender sensitive quickly obedient son before my father that is my desire that is my desire.

Starting at 5:06. In Matthew 17:14-21 there’s a man with a son who’s oppressed by a demon and Jesus said this kind only comes out by prayer and fasting. He was talking about the believer.
The Randy Clark was fasting and praying and the Spirit in him became strong enough to permanently drive out the demons in the people who got delivered.
It’s not for parlor tricks. It’s for a person who needs to be free and once they’re free they’re sensitive to the Spirit or spirits around them. More than likely they’ll be more sensitive to the person with the need in the future. This is about eternity and people’s souls.

And there's one of two ways you look at that, either he was speaking specifically about a particular sin, or he gave them a gift of deliverance, either way He was displaying forgiveness.
But if you want to understand what it means to be in Christ then you need to contemplate what it means that He became sin for us on the cross.
We do sin after receiving Him, any man that says he doesn't is a liar and we know what is said about liars, the truth is not in them.
The point is He took our sin upon Himself on the cross and we are to constantly cast it upon Him and become Holier and Holier until we sin less and less.
No man becomes perfect the moment he is born again, he is justified, then the process of sanctification begins until final salvation.

To condemn: is to declare that someone is to be put to death. That is what the “casting of stones” would do.
To judge: is to declare what is right or wrong, according to scripture.
A man that is spiritual can judge, but only GOD can condemn.

I think most of us were taught that IF we don't sin then we're entitled to God's grace. (Religion 101) but that's NOT what the scriptures teach. We are not under the law, but under grace. Acknowledging this forever delivers us from the grip of sin. (Romans 3&4)

Hey I will be the first to say i was in the same boat. I took for granted all the times i should have died, the devil wants you to not see Gods grace his love or to realize that Jesus is the only answer we need. I have seen many ways he works like my washer broke awhile back so i had to do laundry at the laundry mat. When i was there a voice told me to talk to this women so i went up and asked if she was a Christian. She was and i told her i could tell and was told to come talk to her. She got real emotional she had been praying to God for someone to see what i seen in her because her husband would talk down and make fun of her love of God. Daddy used my misfortune to answer his daughters prayers😁. I pray in Jesus name that your eyes be opened your ears be opened and may the holy spirit surround you with love and set your foot forth in your destiny.
do you truly believe in Him or were you trying to see if he would give you something you ask for in prayer in order to determine if He's real? this may be where your problem lies. "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them" Mark 11:24.. you have to believe. if you doubt God why would he given you what you ask? if you are a believer but feel like he isn't answering or hearing you know that he hears you! and the answer to your prayer may be yes, no, or wait longer/later in your life. everything is on God's timing. He's knows whats best for us! "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose" Romans 8:28 and if you're a nonbeliever sincerely go to God on your knees and ask him to reveal himself to you and he will. do this with a sincere heart. not saying this and then go back to think he isn't real. wait for his answer expectingly. A person struggling with sin has not fully repented. Once u repent sin becomes boring and annoying u crave for the spiritual knowledge of Christ. Because of the grace the Lord Jesus gave us we cannot be condemned, although grace isn't a passport to sin . :)
Struggling with sin and practicing sin are 2 different things. Either way every human still sins in some way everyday
