No joke, i love these Kingdom Hearts Journey videos on youtube from content creators learning about it over the last 6 years or so, and Frankies has been my favorite probably. The hunor she injects was a bit jarring at first but the editing done with this intro just shows that she gets what the games are about. The editing for the intro gave me chills. Well done Frankie/editors.
Man, that theory about Sora losing his connection because he’s growing up… that makes all the sense. And is really heartbreaking. EDIT: But just because something’s lost, it doesn’t mean it is gone forever. In fact there is a song called “Where the Lost Things Go” that gives me comfort and reminds me that even though something’s gone, it isn’t gone forever.
Your editor did a sick job with this. The random flashback to things as they popped up was so good. Wish they did it in the actual game. Metal Gear Solid 4 did a similar thing to you guys and it was so rewarding to players who played through the full series

1:04:25 I appreciate dedicating a few minutes for Winnie the Pooh and Sora here. For me Winnie the Pooh was also like my childhood all the adventures, the songs, the silliness. It made me feel at home. And i kinda agree when you said the connection is weaker when you grow up, i think Sora might've meant it i a different way but to us, who grew up with this cartoon, the connection is might be getting weaker, however the heart is always with this. ❤ It's amazing how powerful the impact a cartoon can leave in every child. I'm happy and thankful that i grew up with watching this cartoon.
Finally someone who also recognizes that Pooh is the GOAT... Its always sad when Sora has to leave Pooh...That's why i hope that the 100 acre wood returns in KH4 so we get to see Pooh again :)
So, not-so-fun fact: During the development of KH3, Phil's Japanese voice actor had died. And as a sign of respect, the Japanese version of the game did not recast the character's voice, so he has no speaking lines. Hence why he doesn't have any lines in English, either.

Something about the innocence of it just hits harder than any other world. So it's comforting to see someone else have a similar experience 🫂. The Winnie the Pooh section got me good 😭 Something I hadn't noticed before is that in previous games, the cover of the book is updated once you finish Pooh's world, but in KH3, it looks like the last page of the book is changed instead. I hope that and Sora losing his connection to Pooh are just a coincidence

I just realized Sora on the menu eating the Poapu fruit almost feels like 100% foreshadowing.. like he's gonna have to break his promise to Kairi(like he does the Paopu in the image) in order to keep her safe.. cause uh I'm sure we all know exactly what happened to him in the end and who he did it for.

Hearing 3's Dearly Beloved slowly come in made me a bit emotional. 2019 was a great year for me, a lot of great moments now memories. Even though KH3 isnt my favorite, it was the beginning of one of the best years i've had 💚

This was a pretty solid game. However, I severely missed having FF characters in it.
Play the DLC. They’re in the game. Also, the secret ending is the most FF coded thing in the entire series.
