- This new 180 hand cannon is the resurrected version of the original Not Forgotten. Back in 2018, Not Forgotten used to be a precision frame hand cannon that could 3 tap any guardian in PVP. It also had a ton of range, which was another big reason why the weapon was so dominant. The same 2 things are also true about our newest 180 Hand Cannon in Destiny 2 called Sightline Survey. It is the hand cannon from the Echoes weapon set, and in this video, I’m going to give you an in-depth breakdown of the numbers to show why this fully crafted sightline survey can solely bring the 180 Hand Cannon Meta back to the Crucible like Not Forgotten did 6 years ago. I think what always hurt 180's was the range. But the new handcanon can hit like 34 meters of damn range. WITH PI
100%. It can literally match Better Devils at 37.5m with Fragile and Opening Shot if you want. Love how many different ways there are to build the weapon if you want all range vs damage vs kill chaining and so on.
@@AmpsGG also, on foundary it says pi 3 taps at ALL res levels. That can't be right, right? Its gotta be calcing wrong some how.
@@thenexus7343 If you set PI to 2 stacks on foundry, for some reason it calculates as if all 3 shots are doing the same damage. You have to remember that the first shot is unbuffed, the second shot has 1x PI and the third shot has 2x PI
The range is still buns so I just treat them like sidearms

nahhh, Survivors Epitaph is also meta with killing wind kill clip. 180’s are in an amazing spot rn

Just an fyi, the acrobat dodge not working on Bakris isn’t actually a bug though it is unfortunate. Acrobats dodge is considered a solar class ability regardless of super, just like phoenix dive (also solar) and thruster (always arc)
i was under the impression that arc weapon boost from bakris only applied to pve did they change it back to affect pvp too??

Could you 2 tap with everything plus arc weapon surge when picking up an orb of power?
Mask already grants you x4 stasis/arc surge which is the max stack, so adding arc surge will not increase the damage any further
However, inficting weaken might allow you to two tap!

Long time 180 user here (13k kills on my girl seventh seraph revolver) perks aside this is the best feeling 180 in the game imo. Beating out the raid cannon as well. If anyone is wanting to dip there toe into the 180 pool this is the one.
Got a question. You mentioned 3 ways that it can become a 3 tap. But couldn’t they all stack with eachother? Like let’s say you have acrobats dodge AND bakris at the same time, that’s 2 of the 3 damage buffs that you mentioned. And then with precision instrument, that’s probably doing a lot of damage

Not been killed by one yet in IB so I'd argue they're definitely NOT meta
Because all the bots with scoutrifle and pulse rifle at the other end of the map are camper, because the people are shit.

180s are training wheels hand cannons. They don't even make sense to be in the game. Lunas is easily the best with the bs recoil of a 180 but hits like a 140.
I once had a service revolver with killclip and could three tap, i used that and jotun to get the not forgoten, i was reported so many times for the 3 taps that i got banned two months :c
Old bootleg/poor man's LH/NF was the best back then especially when you could have Drifter reboot of Service Revolver with Rangefinder+KC and beam.

Hi! Thank you for the video. I got te patterns and crafted it as per video but the results are HORRIBLE. Sorry matey but CooGuy was dead right regarding the recoil and kick on this item. Trust HC from Gambot is WAAAAAAYYYY better for that. Oh and great internet helps as well! Otherwise, this HC IMO is a waste of effort.

Bru, khvov duels in the 27m max range, it gets wrecked by pulses and hand cannons if they keep their distance
