I totally agree with you about face book, I thing talking to one another is a lost art. Keep up the good work, I learned so much from you and have suggested to anyone who will listen to me to follow you on You Tube.
Really helpful tips, especially simply altering exposure to show where you are brushing rather than switching mask view etc. Plus had not actually explored brush presets at all ! I mainly just use brush for focussed specific adjustment areas....many thanks as always!
Thank you Anthony. I’ve not set up any presets in L/R for any editing simply because I’ve never thought it would be helpful to me. As of at this time I’ve made the move to all of your preset tutorials (which are saved over time) and I’m going to take your advice. Stay safe Anthony.
Nice information and examples. I will try this. And also, I totally agree with your comment about FB contributing to the "downfall of western civilization".
Hello Anthony, I only found your channel about a week ago and I am very much enjoying it. I was infected with the photography bug a couple years ago, after I inherited my Dad's gear. I have been struggling along trying to figure out PS and your vids are helping a great deal. Quick question for here. In this vid you crank up the black when using a brush tool vs using the mask overlay. How come? is one better then the other? Thanks for making these available. Bill

Very useful tips in this video Tony.
I love and agree with your Facebook comment. Your videos are terrific. Thanks.

Thank you so much! I learned a lot!!
Just wondering why you use exposure rather then overlay to identify where your bush strokes are?
command o.on Mac shows where Bruch is and will remove need to drop exposure as well
Thank you

Hi William,
I use the overlay and I think that Tony used the exposoure down because it's easy to see it mainly on a tutorial video
I wish Lightroom mobile let you save custom brushes too.
I found the title of this video a bit misleading ... a "custom brush" connotes something different than a "custom brush preset."
bro get to the point faster!!!
