I think you are not bad as you always feel about yourself. I found to myself the reason why you feel awful about yourself is that you haven't done things that you promise to yourself to do. I know fighting this process are hard but you just literally do the things that your inner voices tell you to do little by little. One day you find yourself passing through it. It is important that you need to speak to yourself with good words. You are doing great. I don't know why I keep continuing to watch your channel, but every time I watch I wish myself cheering you, I wish you all the best in the medical profession and becoming a good doctor.

watching you avoid lectures whilst I watch your vlog to avoid my lectures is too many levels of procrastination for my brain to handle!! no no it really wasn't very busy at all haha, I only really included bits where I was actually doing something the rest of the time I was procrastinating lol
