Stone cold penalty… Or are you talking about the questionable one the green team was awarded in the 2nd half on a legal screen play so the keeper can grab the ball?
No, the goalie needed to time the rush. If she stays back, it is worse than a penalty kick. She came out and stood her ground like a defender, when what she needed to do was to time when to rush the attacker. This is a coaching error.
