Thank you! In a perfect world, I'd have sponsors & then I could cover more games, but that hasn't materialized yet. Btw, Maria is a tough GK! She reminds me of me back in the day - NO FEAR!!!
I love parents who have never played but scream just to be heard basically. And nothing bothers me more than grown men in the stands yelling at girls who aren’t their kids. First off, you’re an adult screaming to “hit her again” real classy. And second, don’t talk to anyone except your kid and even then don’t talk to you kid while their playing because the coach is there for a reason. When I played me and my mom got into so many times because she would scream random things that had nothing to do with what our strategy as a team was lol But honestly some parents need to just sit quietly and clap because screaming just scream doesn’t mean you know soccer.
That avon goalie is dirty and has bad sportsmanship! she pushed 2 players straight down to the grown . smh . @14:25 should of been a red card honestly.
@@charismasmith6941 incorrect! She's not dirty. She's probably one of THE most aggressive GKs in the area. She came off her line over a dozen times & never fouled anyone. And as for her yellow card, the yellow was a stretch
@@jackvw3179 there was nothing reckless by anyone. An aggressive GK won the ball. The forward going full speed even let up & took the brunt of the collision
@@OhioSportsNet1 I was trying to explain the refs call, but that doesn't mean I agree with it. I think it was a 50/50 that just went wrong. Sorry for the unclear comment.
As a high school player who now plays division one soccer I would like you to make sure you reread you’re comments and realize who you are talking about. These are high school players, high school girls who are playing a sport they love. It gets intense, sometimes dirty, emotional and so many other things. I ask you to think would you say this to the 14-18 year old girls face? If there is nothing nice to say about high school girls as an adult than why say it?
I’m a high schooler and I honestly think some of the comments are well deserved. A lot of them are directed at the parents, not the players. The parents are so immature in this game
I have literally no favorite or any school on your channel...I live in Georgia. But good LORD are those Avon Lake parents and fans terrible! This isn't the only game over the years that it has been like this...(I guess you live nearby in North Ohio?). Sorry for the long reply, but dang this game got me... I never felt like I have rooted for a team when watching your games, but dang was I rooting for Bay. That #3 was far and away the best player out there and should be playing in college with a free education. It was a 50/50 ball when she ran into the keeper, so it's up the ref if he cards there. She pulled her leg back and didn't go in extended and quite honestly took the majority of the hit from the keeper. Keeper should have gone off per IFAB rules, especially if it was a suspected head injury. Coach was fully in the right to be upset and then to get carded was just insult to injury. After the Avon Lake 2nd goal, that "handball" wasn't one I would have stopped play for per the new handball rules, and I certainly wouldn't have carded the defender for "time wasting"...HER team is down by a goal. She was in the motion to kick the ball right as the whistle was blown. Correct call on both yellows for Avon Lake. Both were very unsporting, but I can see where they get those tendencies (*looks at the parents*). End of the game, that was clearly out on white, blue throw. AR1 got it right. But nope, center incorrectly overruled him and gave the throw to the wrong team. Hopefully he will get to see this game back to better understand where he messed up so it doesn't happen going forward. He should definitely condition more so he can stay in position on the field during play and not have to make calls 40 yards away...hanging out in center circle reffing the game is the absolute worst way to do the job.
The Bay players kept being aggressive with the Avon goalie imo. I think she was just getting frustrated with the ref taking forever to call those. Goalies need to be protected.
Idk who the camera man is but i love how he talks to the parents so calmly when they go crazy, i find it funny
Thanks for coming out. We enjoy the content you deliver! Wish there were more of you showcasing the talent around here.
Thank you!

5:25 definitely looked like a yellow.
Avon Lake parents seem delightful
I think it should’ve been a red tbh

Honestly I play and it’s be so trifling to hear adult men yell at you and tell you how to play your position. Like nigga do I know you 😭😭
I’m confused on @9:35 . How she get a yellow and the goalie ran into her ?

Reckless play by blue, the goalie is protected in these situations.

Twinsburg and Strongsville are my favorites
yellow for the keeper.... fs

As a ref who CRs and ARs, take a cue from the players white knew it was off her shoulder, and made no effort to ask for the ball.
😂
And they wonder why people don’t wanna be refs anymore…
