Hello, It's been a while but if you are still interested, I also searched for the lyrics years ago when I first heard this, they are still no where to be found. Hopefully my Portuguese has improved and I can discern almost everything with a bit of effort. I wrote Portuguese lyrics in another comment and now I will translate it and try to ruin it the least possible. Interestingly while I was translating this reminded me of some Pink Floyd lyrics, The idea of conscience speaking to you and trying to make you let go resisting - Comfortably numb it's a different theme but similar approach which I found cool. Also in the first two verses this 'Olha' literally "Look" might be better if I translated it as "Hey" also reminded me of Pink Floyd's "Hey You"
