Hello 2 friends, how are you 2, Vietnamese food has not been passed down from our grandparents to today, it has a balance of Yin and Yang to help people not get bored, at the same time each type of vegetable is a different medicine to help improve health, if you pay close attention why in dishes with grilled meat, fried food, there are pickled vegetables, that helps people feel more delicious and not get bored quickly, Vietnamese people use a lot of green vegetables to help digestion and prevent obesity, except for bread made from wheat flour, all the things you eat are made from rice flour such as hu tieu, pho, goi cuon, banh xeo, banh canh, banh trang banh beo... and all kinds of vermicelli are made from rice flour, Vietnam is the 2nd largest rice producer in the world so our grandparents have come up with ways to process and preserve rice for longer so there are many diverse and rich dishes to come so it's all about rice

You deserve hundreds of thousands of subscribers with your great videos and content. I have a question: did you ever get a bad tummy eating in Vietnam? I am going there in the new year and I am a bit apprehensive, as I have a sensitive stomach.
I think we did 20 years ago but not for years now. We eat herbs, salad, ice and we have not had an issue in many years. We may have cast iron stomachs but we see hundreds of tourists eating everything too 😁😁😁Take gastro tablets just in case🥰

Love your videos - I stayed up to stupid oclock last night watching your Vietnam videos as we are going in March. They have been so informative. I have a question re the food - when you eat in the very basic places, like in Hanoi near the station and the meat came out of somewhere not refrigerated and then cooked over coals, do you ever worry about getting sick. I would never in Asia eat off the streets but what you have shown looks amazing. I just worry about the equivalent of Bali Belly or Thai tummy.

We haven't been sick in Vietnam for over 10 years and we eat so much local food. When you are there you can smell and see what is good. All the meat and seafood is very fresh like that day.
