Wonderful Interview with Laura! She was teaching at Spelman while I was there and is a wonderful mentor!!!!! I will always remember singing in the chorus and backing her up in "Porgy and Bess" (she was Bess)with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra under the baton of the great Robert Shaw! Yes, the legacy of Roland Allison is profound!!!! We are Roland's girls!
