Some letter can be disturbing so the staff usually allow it at times where they can read it first then the artist can receive the letter if it was okay and not fked up . She was being firm and to some people (rude) because she has to it’s her job because most fans are over stubborn when it comes to wanting to give letters, like this women who after the staff said no to she still went ahead and gave it to xiaoting.
