It's probably going to take 3-4 months to get anywhere quality intensive bounding. Realistically more like 6. You may be able to try and do it, but whether it looks like good bounding is another thing!

Another question I have is if someone can only afford, say, one or two months, max to pay for the subscription but still needs the exercise examples to progress for the coming months, can they download the stuff and use it later seeing as the person paid the subscription for 2 months successive?
What if I just do extensive plyos for a long period of time? Will I still be able to improve my explosiveness? For example doing just extensive plyos for a workout, then just doing max approach jumps from time to time
