Thanks so much for this video bro. I've been listening to you talk about the deep tier on IG for months now but I still never fully understood what it was or how to use it. This video cleared all that up for me, cheers 🤝

I knew I had put something out there for the Deep Tier that was a longer format. Glad you got a lot out of it!

Adding these to a warm up before strengthening training specifically squats/ squat cleans , has really helped with knee discomfort. I look forward to more your videos.

Sir what are the other benefits of doing oscillations other than building confidence on deep ranges??? Do oscillations have other benefits for performance like power, strength , rfd , ssc???

Have you dropped a medium tier plyo video like you did with this one? These are so good.

I have a question about using extensive plyometrics. I watched a video from another youtube athletics coach who suggested performing extensive plyometrics every day for 3-5 minutes. specifically he suggested skips and hops with one foot elevated. It seems to me that it would be good to still have a day or two completely off each week. I also wanted to know about if they could be well incorporated as a finisher after more intense work as the purpose was adding volume to help develop the tendon. I'd appreciate any input as I am trying to fully develop my programming at the moment.

Thank you for going deeper into your knowledge! Could you please explain what you mean by inhibitions that could be potentially diminished by deep-tier plyos? Is it just your hypothesis, or is there also evidence about this?
