Hello Karen. From Aus again have not watched for a while but a very bold step to take and when it somes to feed or weed then the feed must always take first place. Great to see you went the whole way and not just topped as some do then never get results this way. Having Neighbours as well wtlling to assist with alll the good Equippement goes a very long way. Good luck and hear you are still having issues with out of contril Youngsters as we Pray for rain and may the Gods shine down on you as if this works then it is the answer to your situation of good grass. Hey Karen, I know this is an after thought, If it had been me I would have cut those few trees down to give you more open space.Plus it would help the grass with the water, Trees suck up a lot of water and stunt the grass growth. Enjoyed your video, Thanks for sharing.

A cracking job Karen, should be a big improvement. You will be running out of jobs soon, or is that wishful thinking ? A bit of rain on that now it's warmer and the grass will be up in no time. You need to find someone with a wick or drape chemical applicator to get rid of those rushes.
Do u plan to round bale before then of the summer if weather permits and it grows enough in time
