    It seems I was misinformed about WRB2181. It was not faulty but was required up at Warwick. It was on it's way there around 7:50PM.

      I had a look on the original video and they look like solar panels to me, don't know why.

      @vsvnrg3263 Evidently solar panels used during the 63 wagon trials a few years back. They kept some monitoring equipment charged, but are no longer used.
