Both of these bikes are very different, the owner himself does a lot of long tours on his scram, if we talk about performance, low end torque is pretty good in scram 411 which would be good in bad terrains, t4 would be good for highways only, for office purpose t4 would be better as it is lighter so it will be easier to maneuver in traffic. For long drives I think scram would be much better. Please dont expect more than 30-35kmph mileage in both of the bikes. 400cc bikes can't give mileage more than that.
I think all three bikes have same sitting posture but vstorm being the lighter one would be more easy to handle, I would suggest taking a test ride for better understanding.
