yes same! I started becoming interested in calisthenics because of being an aerialist, but was curious about flexibility training from someone other than an 11yr old ballerina in RUclips whose been flexible since the beginning 😅
Well, usually what it takes for people to realize stretching is a good idea is for them get themselves hurt in some way, but having stronger tendons is actually REALLY helpful for basically anything athletic. Basketball players, hockey players, sprinters and jumpers - they all do it. Often the ones who are best at it are the ones who have emphasized it the most, because then they have something the others don't. Don't sleep on stretching and active stretching/strengthening of tendons/ligaments.
Nice routine Chris. Here is a tip for a better back bridge: When you have tight shoulders, try elevating your feet instead of you hands. Feet on blocks, staircase or chair. You will get more height and be able to straighten your arms way more!

Also helps me recover when I'm feeling sore. And even more essential for martial artists. Flexible people are stronger and have more mobility. Don't sleep on these videos.

Absolutely really hard for split, but I can't straddle, middle split, front split, standing split and handstand split for the last 5 months, you know, so I just wanna exercise stretch at home and strength training in the gym, I am trying to be flexibility every single day. It's so tall for split. That being said, I am so proud of you to be aesthetic and shred, well done, Heria. I see you really soon.👍👊🔥🔥
