Congrats Ola Ive wanted a legit Dimebag guitar since I was a teenager but never had the cash, I finally got an opportunity to buy a Washburn USA custom shop Dime bolt guitar so on my 30th bday i decided to drive 4 hours to buy it . About 3 hours into the trip I decide to stop at a gas station when leaving the station a truck ran a stop light and hit me totaled my car and I wake up in the hospital with traumatic brain injuries. I didn't know what happened but kept trying to ask where my guitar was. ATM I've got a Washburn Dime 333 dime slime and it's suits me fine for now. I'd love to try one of the Dean models I've only ever got to play the Washburn stuff. Smokin guitar man happy holidays to you and your family.

Got a limited run dean stealth, came with an extra back plate with it signed by Rita (dimes life-long gf) drum master Vinnie Paul and Mr.Dean himself. Same as you i was emotionally taken back when i saw it because i had no clue it was coming. Wait 24 hours to play a guitar like this... Impossible.
It's not just a guitar. It's not just the lightning bolt graphic. It's a feeling. My first electric guitar was a red 332. I was around 10 years old and had no idea who Dimebag was. I worked my ass off for it and paid way too much. It had a badass shape and I needed it in my life. I brought it home and my older brother saw it. He recognized it immediately. He borrowed vulgar videos from his friend at school and we watched it front to back a pile of times. I was hooked. I was a "Metallica" kid untill that day. That guitar changed my life. I remember seeing the red ML from the "This love" video and my jaw dropped. My brother looked at me with a little crack to his voice and said "There it is, man". It changed me. Dimebag darrell changed me. I had opportunities to watch Pantera play live at ozzfest but didn't go. I did make plans to see Damageplan play but I never got to. There's probably a million storys like mine But I'm not sure if anyone else on this planet has changed me as a person as much as Darrell has. It felt like I lost my best friend that December night. I cried that really ugly cry. He was my idol. I can't lie I'm genuinely happy for you. We have the same admiration for Dime. I hope you play that son of a bitch untill you ache. I know that feeling.

Sometimes you just have to treat yourself with something special and ignore the cost. I bought a Music Man JP13-7 when it was released for myself to look at (and later hopefully play!) when I was recovering from spinal surgery down the road and although it was way more expensive than I could afford I didn't care! It's a beast of a guitar and Petrucci is to me what Dimebag is to you so I fully get the magic! One could argue that they are perhaps overpriced and that you can get as much guitar for less - but if you want the magic there's no other way ;) Rocka fett nu Ola! Du har förtjänat den gitarren!!!
