Eco Smart POU 3.5 electric point of use water heater 

This is the Eco Smart point of use electric water heater model POU 3.5. If you have it wired correctly, the unit will not turn on until you turn the hot water on. Once you turn the hot water faucet on then you should see the electric display if not press the on/off button. Then you can change it from Celsius to Fahrenheit by pressing the on off button.

Nice. But 3500W definitely means 240V. That's going to be a problem for me to pull the wire from the circuit breaker.
