Watercolor Die cuts with Chameleon Mica Powders

In this video, I'm going to Watercolor Die cuts with Chameleon Mica powders. These powders weren't intended for watercolor, but can be used this way with the addition of Gum Arabic. This binding agent, when mixed with the mica powder, will turn it into a watercolor paint.
