Enjoy and Be Blessed!!!
I still get goosebumps to this day when I hear those opening chords. Something mighty powerful about this melody and song in general, Hallelujah!
Now this is the kind of gospel piano I remember growing up and still gives me chills today. I can feel the spirit moving on me. Beautiful.
This is my all time favorite song.... baby play!!!! You have me in tears over here! Oh... my oh my
continue to serve...this is true down south music.. the gospel that is soul shakin!
I love the "old school" gospel, and that just set me right off....thank you for keeping it real....some of these "kids" don't know what that old school gospel is about. I think that you have just made my day with that. You keep on doing what the Lord has blessed you with, and keep blessing ME with it. Thank you for that. God bless you, son!!
I love it! That's that down home playing that I know and love!
This is truly a extremely talented Gentleman...Stay encouraged and let God use you....Praise Yahweh...
what an awesome anointing on this musician's life!!!!!!
Oh my. What a song played with so much grace!!
C'MON NAH!!!! You're truly blessed with a gift. Not everyone, especially people of younger generations, can embody the essence of what was started over hundreds of years ago. Continue to serve the Lord and let Him use your vessel as a means of manifestation.
Be blessed, brother!
Outstanding and anointed:
Rev. Michael Capps, Ph.D

Im loving it man. I like nothing better than the sound of a organ, I play the organ. But if the truth has to be told the piano sounds better a lot better you just have to know how to play it right. I love old school songs this song is one of my favorites and you played the heck out of it. Your anointed no doubt.

Not what I expected, but you can play the paint off of those keys!
I agree. Post your hands.
I'm not sure of the verses but I do know they are the same as the ones in the hymn book.
Probably not that much talent, but you proved me wrong because oftentimes when I see offshoots of songs, I get ready for abuse to my ears.
Keep on keeping on!
lol...Thanks. what were you expecting?
Quick question..Do you know the the actual 1st 2nd verse that Aretha Franklin sang on this particular rendition? I actually rehearse the song to your music. But I start with "chorus"...But the solo part, I need assistance with. Thanks
Hello, what are the chords for this song? Thanks
I'm not sure I know that one. Do you know more of the lyrics, a recording, or know the artist who sings it?
p.s.
by
James Cleveland & Arethe Franklin
lol

Gospel music should not be mysterious and certainly not seductive.
Play boy!
Thank You!
