One of my all-time favorites. I was in late teens early 20's when this was on the AM radio. I still hear it today. It just about melts me every time. Glad you heard this one.
My friends and I were at a bar in our early twenties when my one buddy who I lived with in a townhouse (along with his older brother and his brother''s friend) saw his ex-girlfriend, the girl of his dreams, of two years with her new boyfriend. He hadn't seen her in about a year and when he did he began to shake a little and his lower lip started quivering. We at first thought he was starting to cry but then I saw the fire in his eyes and it took all five of us to get him out the door before he ripped that dude apart. We went back to the townhouse after that to hang out, drink some beers and laugh to get his mind at ease and to make sure he was going to be OK. Everyone crashed there that night and the next day we all went out to breakfast and then went back home to throw the horseshoes around. We have all been friends basically since first grade and still best friends today and still talk about that night every once in a while. I didn't comprehend at the time what a "crime of passion" was but I received a crash course in it that night.
Love to see your reactions to the songs of my youth. This song is over 40 years old. Try the tunes, Fool If You Think It's Over by Chris Rea and Bluer Than Blue by Michael Johnson....
Infact the record album called EMOTIONS had all these songs. I have the old record and treasure it. Sometimes when we touch, This time I'm in it for love, turn between two lovers, Its the right time of the night for making love, falling, Love's grown deep. All superb love songs. My uncle brought it in 1979 - 80 when he came down from the States. I have never ever heard of such a collection of live songs in any album after this one.
I would like you to react to a song by Diana Navarro. She is a Spanish singer. With the song "El perdon" she is a very versatile singer who sings different musical styles. With a very personal voice and notes with incredible melismas. Greetings from Spain
ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SONGS OF ALL TIME ITS AN ABSOLUTE MASTERPIECE

Paul Davis had a way of expressing that sinking feeling when you messed up and realize “it’s too late”

The great songwriters can touch people deeply. Reminding them of loves or times in their lives that were special to them.
Another great singer songwriter that left is too soon
Amen🙏🇹🇹
I agree with Thomas Finnell. Sweet Life is a wonderful song of his.♥️
"Sweet life".
One of my favorite soft rock songs. Hope someone that's a patron requests "Falling" by Leblanc and Carr. That's another one of my all-time faves.
