And him rapping about that Corona flow in 2015 ... Scary stuff.
@@slickvisualpoetry He didnt mean corona virus tho.. He meant the drink because he said be Heineken (be hind again)

I HEARD THAT TOO 😳😳
Now so eery how Fred the Godson says "that Corona flow, leave them behind again" Rest in Power FRED
I thought the same thing

Gotta pay respect to King STEELO. RIP Capital STEEZ.
Heatmakerz=Legendary. Study your history, Diplomatic Immunity is a classic double disc album...
K. Anthony yes!!! takes me back to my high school days, dipset were the hottest group out of NY
Most definitely 👍🏾
The beats on that project were just sick!!
DIPSET!
He struck gold on that second record I love that simple. I heard it a million times and it still sounds good.

I started rapping the song soon as I heard the beat
Had goosebumps when i heard that.
wow. it never ceases to amaze me the kind of fire beat they create from the random records they pick!
This is by far my absolute FAVORITE Rhythm Roulette! Thanks, man!
My favorite was 9th Wonder's
Alwayz amazed by beat makers differant technics and stylez! Much LUV.....KEEP IT MOVIN! B-MORE & we out!!!
Thank you for bringing this back. I bought a turntable and got into records because of this
ya'll dont realize how key the delivery is when rappin

Same sample as "Free the Robots" by Capital STEEZ if anyone was wondering.
afroninja916 i thought it was dead p's?
afroninja916 great sample knew i heard it before
It's not Free the Robots, it's Dead Prez
Facts^
Sound like the Dead Prez sample to me
One of the best ones yet, NICEEE!
probably the best one yet, these guys are geniuses at sampling
You the goat for real.i don't rap but u different.over 15 years since Smack days.I been your top supporter..this on my daily! Fred s.i.p Godson and Godspeed.we miss u!
Oh heck yes! One of my favorite all time Old schooler Producers. THANKS MASSAPPEAL!
+LFFL old school tf is wrong with ya.. the nigga dont have a cane gosh
LOL! Yeah you're right. 15 years is quite a few years though. then again I've been writing tracks since 94 so you'd think i'd have my years in order.
lol
2:13 is the sample on "Dead Prez" by Capital STEEZ
And the "The Truth" by Handsome Boy Modeling School (1999) prod by Dan the Automator and Prince Paul
Maybe I'm strange, but i watch it one time per month... The best episode!
Sample was used by OH NO! on the song Coffee Cold from the album Exodus into Unheard Rhythms. The was made using only Galt McDermott samples.
I remember him from the smack DVDs. Missing the times man. Dope 👍🏽
We miss you godson ❤ da best 2 ever do it 🎤🎵🔥
That's how you do it! Great job! This is real hip hop!
Best one in a minute!
Very dope!
Oh yeah, Fred and Heatmakerz!! I want whole track!!
good to see the Heatmakerz still doin it... dope flip!
that yoshimaki asu sampled by handsome boy modeling school!
heard that piano line and was like, WTF!?
Heatmakerz are my favorite producers. Rsonist is the Guru of sampling. R. I. P . FRED THE GODSON
Hearing that beat took me back to the. Dipset Byrd Gang mixtape series
Nice , one of the better RR to date imo and with that Fred the Godson icing on there , straight fire...well done!.
One of the best ones yet! :-)
2:15 "is there a heaven for us hip hop heathens?"
The look of that lady at 0:30 tho!!!
She is pissed to be on camera
Jarrod b Probably so.
who records a robbery
"I hope he's not stealing."
dwadefan4lyfe2 she works at A-1 (or did at the time, haven't seen her in a while), why would she think a loyal customer would steal?
one of the best ive seen. dope
Handsome Boy Modelling School…
stansteez You know it, cuz the Truth is all there is.
stansteez That's why I LOVE Hip-hop... It's something that the "Sampling isn't real music" guys will never understand... It's not about the records you use but how you use them.. Two different producers but they both have different outputs when they chop the same sample.
Prince Paul another prototype for generations to come
Knew this sounded familiar.
DJ Dyvurse I agree, when I don't really feel like I'm doing anything.. I rather make my own music
+The Heatmakers thank you for the legacy and what Arsonist and his partners contributed to the game. Soundtrack to my teens!!!
Rest in powerful peace
Fred Da Godson
🙏 🤜 👑
That killa cam beat always knocks crazy in the whip
You can find the sample they used on Handsome Boy Modeling School- J-Live
come on, man... you did not just blindfolded pick that sample...
*puts on blindfold* "aiight, we got this one track... it's called 'nautilus' or something... let's see if we can do anything with it..."
***** Lmao 'Iight I just picked this one record. . .'Funky Drummer - James Brown'. . .hopefully I can do something with this'
exactly what I said...
+Maurice Downes are you saying that they prepick the vinyls? I think that refuses the entire point
Maurice Downes for reals I've been thinking the same thing for a while
I don't think too many of them pre pick records. I do think a few hang out in the sections of the store where they can't completely screw up.
Galt mcdermot has a huge back catalogue of recordings. One every couple of years from 1969 to present day. Nearly every one has multiple crazy sample possibilities on. Ridiculous.
One of the best that ever did it
RIP Fred The Godson!!!
This and 9th are the best rhythm roulettes
You would be lucky to find some of those records anywhere but blindfolded damn.
what are the odds he finds that record tho that sample alone is dope af
He picked halt out of that fucking stack! Well that made shit easy.
Galt
Str8 crack!!! I watch all of the Rhythm Roulette's,...... but this one!!! legit
and Fredirico on the track! DAMN!
Flames !!!!! The combo K.O..That's how it's done !
ice phuckin cold yo one of the best Rhythm Roulettes yet BooM
Great Job! Awesome!
Jeeeeesus...that intro beat I was not ready for that bass....wow
Smh this would get recommended to me after Fred passed. RIP
RIP Fred the Godson🙏🏻
that sunshine ave sample was used in Handsome Boy Modeling School - Truth
THE BEST EPISODE
Everthing about this session was flames. Ya boys stop hatin
Oh snap! I live right there haha. A1 Records is dope
I don't care if this a few years old,Fred the Godson dope as fvck!!how motherfvckas hate on him is inconceivable
found a CLASSIC track. Crazy.
That Corona flow wow and wow that's what he passed from 6 years ago he did this RIP
I love this series. My favorite have been on here watching it inspires me daily. When I started making beats I didn't know how to sample. I just started using samples. I think it would be just as interesting to see these guys create beats from the ground up not using any samples. Shit... it might be a little more interesting
same, but then they can use a pre recorded track! and replay it!
Nice!! Keep'em coming!
Sounded like Rsonsit didnt even know who galt mcdermot was LOL
+Jay Hommy I know right he got so lucky with that one.
+Phuck Chou "lucky"
Killed it as usual.
Too easy ... I mean come on Galt Mcdermot-Coffee Cold is a well known sample !
Exactly !!!
R.I.P. Fred.
Dan the automator and Prince Paul. Dope sample.

We need ROC MARCIANO on rhythm roulette! ! It would be too much for most. . Only the real know.
The lady staring at him picking records in the beginning. Side eye.
That beat is mind boggling hard
Tight episode👍

Legends

Rest In Paradise Fred the godson 🙏🏾🙏🏾
This sample is used by Prince Paul and Dan the Automater on Handsome Boy Modeling School - The Truth ft J-Live.
I love how he flips the sample better in some ways though.
Studio one!!👍🏾
"The bigger the afro, the better the sample" Real shit
