The truth is that we still can! We just need to demonstrate to good and traditional pastors that our congregation is capable of singing this stuff. And they are. It is not harder to learn this and other traditional chant settings for the Mass parts than it is to learn something like the "My Little Pony" version of the Gloria. And our time is far better spent learning these ancient chants!
