Cheese and Tomato Toastie | Cheese Recipe | Cheese Sandwich | Grilled Cheese Sandwich

A quick breakfast or snack with slices of fresh tomatoes and grated cheese melted in between 2 slices of bread which are toasted in a pan.
Can be prepared inside 5 minutes.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich
INGREDIENTS:
Bread x 2 slices
Butter or margarine
Cheese (Grated Cheddar or Mozarella)
Fresh Tomato slices x 4
INSTRUCTIONS:
Get a thick white slice of bread and put butter on one side
Place butter side down in the pan on low heat
Add grated Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
add fresh tomato slices
add grated Red Leicester cheese
You can use just one type of cheese
Get another slice of bread and again put butter on one side
Place butter side facing up
Press down lightly for a few seconds
Leave it for 5 mins on low heat
Turn over
Press down again for a few seconds
Leave it for another 5 mins
Have it for breakfast or as a snack
