I cannot tell you how helpful this video was! These are such great practical tips for making sense of an often overwhelming part of a client’s case (particularly if they’re inherited cases with information misplaced or never obtained). I really hope you continue to do videos like this. I would love to see tips and tricks for demands, helping negotiate offers, reductions, medical/treatment summaries, how you keep track of your cases beyond case mgmt systems (for your own personal organization), etc. Even something like words/phrases that are commonly used in other professional-type correspondence but have way different meanings when used in legal communications... legalese is more than just another language; it’s another CULTURE with its own particular customs and norms.
Anyway, thanks again for your helpful content. Excited to see what you put out in future content. 😊

There are 2 forms practiced w the Right to Subrogation
    1) For the People which was for whom the Right was established
    2) Corporate using it in reverse of Company to "company" ie "person"
Would you do a Video on Both sides
And Process for Both regardless of type of company ?
Peeps should Know this is Applicable to mortgages, Bonds and Securities = a long list
Any where a Bond, Policy or security was used ; Can be used to discharge debt due to "if deemed Reasonable"
beyond clients fault or via Common Law self Process ; not just Bar Civil procedure.
It is Kind of confusing and peeps ask me about this all the Time.
    I do Not practice Law
That is why I've asked you to do a Video on both sides or series of vids .
    Thank you , "House"
    🤓Noice 👍
    Vid
    Informative

I am having trouble getting a lien from Humana Tricare. I sent them the LOR and all supporting documents and they did receive it. They sent it off to the appropriate claims examiner and was then recieved by the Judge Advocates office. They sent me a Attorney Agreement letter that needed to be signed before they could release the lien to me (to make sure they get paid) however when I showed the attorney this, he said it was the first time he'd seen that form and that I needed to look elsewhere to get the lien. I've tried calling the ppl who sent me the form but they won't release ant information to me unless the atty signs and sends back. Any ideas of what else I could do?

When you sent the LOR, did your supporting documents include a signed HIPAA authorization? Tricare insurance is very "by-the-book" and may require you sign their HIPAA before releasing info to you. If it were just Humana - I've got a contact at the subrogation department there, but Tricare is different and may not accept your firm's HIPAA. If you want to email me or call me to talk this out a little more, please feel free. I'm here to help :-)
