Amazing. I wish it was a longer documentary that follows the food. So interesting. A lot goes into getting food to the store shelf and we take it for granted. Where does leafy greens come from May through September months?
There isn’t a water problem at all in the eastern half of the states. I don’t think this vid emphasizes enough it’s all about the weather in Yuma. Nearly 200 million acres of corn and soy grown in other areas without any irrigation.
