    Just a tip though. Can you reduce the background music a bit so that your voice is more listenable than that music.

    What would be a big vision according to you? For example in my case it's a nutritionally enriched Fortified Rice. Would saying "making Karnataka's population healthier" be a right way of conveying the message?

    His advices are terrible. Most problem will get solved if the company pays well and the managers stopped being a jerk. I cannot imagine even someone pay this guy to listen what he speaks. It looks like he likes the sound of his own voice.
