Did Pointed Journalism and Idk why but My the things I have noticed about myself, feels like Im a narcissist.
But deep down I dont want to be that person, I want to be a good man. But Unconsciously I'm very self centered and ego centric, I have found out about myself that I always try to be the Main Guy, I want to matter the most. I want my people to think and talk about me all the time.

4th January 2025: (no attack mode)
- Slept early last night at around 10:45pm and woke up at around 5am.
- Went for a morning walk for 1 hour, completed 5.5k steps there.
- Then went to the gym for 1.5 hours, did functional workout and cardio, completed 6k more steps there (which makes total 11.5k steps for the day).
- Worked for total of 4 hours today for a) a freelancing job I have and b) my own personal content creation work. (today since it was weekend the work was less for the freelance job, so focused majorly on personal content creation work).
(I plan on updating here daily, which hopefully will keep me more motivated)

Thank you Very much for clarifying, I have been consuming this marriage is scary and all , and the influencer whose one and only propaganda is to provoke the mass level of individual who are having some small or big crisis in relationship just so they can get money and views, consuming those things has left some kind of fear as well as confused mindset inside me that what if my future marriage will turn out to be scary, i really don't have good childhood and marriage is a huge investment for me i used to have this mindset of working together and being better as a partner but i don't know it has left in the state of mind where my old beliefs are clashing with these new beliefs that are being imposed to us through social media. I am facing a serious problem these days. For example, yesterday, I woke up at 7 am and studied the whole day but today I woke up at 1 pm and whole day wasted. Every alternate day, the same story.
Used to have the same issue during a really rough patch and eventually, turned out it was just onset of anxiety for me (ek saal pehle. All good now and im just coming out of anxiety disorder thnx to my therapist)... I'm not saying esaa hi hoga apke lie bhi and i cant know your situation from the internet but who knows? To be honest,I am having a hard time , accepting this perspective because it challenges all my beliefs related to marriage,my parents fought a lot and i have heard them talking about divorce every 10-12 days and everytime they fought it teared me apart emotionally,my parents relationship dictated my mood,i always lived in anxiety and felt it was my duty to resolve my parents fight,i felt immense pain when they bad mouthed each other to me,but they still stayed so i fear how unhappy,i'll get if i ever experience this ,and life ends is marriage doesn't work.i dont want to even think about that so no matter how hard it gets or how painful it is never seperate that's what i beleived.this perspective sounds logical,maybe i'm not experienced/mature enough to understand it,idk.good perspective again😊

umm because it creates traumatic events. Trauma should be avoided. It's common sense. Divorce is very very hard on people. In cases it may not be hard for both but most of the times, one or both parties suffer traumatic experiences. Children most definitely experience childhood trauma from divorce. Divorce affects children's entire life trajectories in decision making. So something that causes this much pain, financial troubles, trauma, maybe ...maybe should be well thought out and done when it is confirmed that nothing else works out? And most of all, because marriage is a very serious promise under God. So maybe verify properly that divorce is the only option.
