Nope, Kasli mid diff. At lv 50 with full talent stats, here's how the battle would go: Dasli would get knocked back, but then attack Phonoa, and he'd get KBd. Phonoa will run into the surge and die. Overall Dasli only takes 32400 damage, and has 91800 leftover. I finnicked with BCU for this.

Phono’s dps isn’t reliant on surge, and as soon as a new top tier enemy that becomes common throughout endgame appears who’s antisurge, phono is the real consistent damage dealer

Dasli was so incredibly powerful that she quite literally was a ticket straight to endgame, being used literally on every level. As a dasli user, all the stages I use her on are snory. She was infact so strong, they had to create a new meta just to counter her, a whole new gimmick enemy type, along with their effective abilities. She was always the best Uber, her UL, SoL, ItF, CotC, and every legend stage carry is still better then Phonos. She is slowly becoming less relevant, however I am still using her on every behemoth stage.

I prefer dark phono than vanilla tbh. His slow kinda helps to stall peons esp. late stages where enemies hp are so bulky... +His shit vs. traitless Ubercarry Mitama+d.phono+dkasli and balrog is just absurd
