In Brazil, the tallest building is in Camboriú, in the state of Santa Catarina, but they show pictures of Rio de Janeiro, another state.
It is amazing how the skyscrapers at Balneário Camboriú, in Brazil, are so high that can offer a panoramic view from Rio de Janeiro, more than 700 km away.

Brazil’s skyscraper are not that tall and you can’t see more than 700km away. Not even from the top of Burj Khalifa you can’t see more than 100km away

I saw the one in Colombo in 2018 in person. It is an eye catching one for sure.
Highest building in Poland at the moment is Sky Tower in Wrocław while still built Verso Tower (Warsaw) is topping it already.

Subconscios bias. Did he not question that the building supposedly designed in 2019 look more like a 1960s concrete monstrosity, like that's all Africans/ women could come up with in this day and age? As if they're 50 years behind everyone else. An American/ Western mindset imo.
Brazil is at position 25. The tallest building is the One Tower, 290 meters high.
I just like seeing the aerials of all these different cities from all over the world.

The largest building in Brazil is located in the state of Santa Catarina and not in Rio as you showed in the photo.There are more states in Brazil than Rio, I don't know what your problem is in thinking that Brazil can only be summarized in Rio.

Not only that but the information for South Africa is also wrong. The Carlton building opened in 1974 and is no longer the tallest building. It is also not in Sandton. The tallest building is now The Leonardo and it was opened in 2019 in Sandton.

It's shocking they genuinely thought S Africa's best architects could only come up with a brutalist 1960s monstrosity in this day and age. Like their entire team that worked on this vid, no one thought it odd. Subconscious bias or racism/ sexism right there.
For South Africa you showed incorrect images, you showed Calton Centre, not The Leanardo.

The information for South Africa is quite wrong. The Carlton building opened in 1973 and is no longer the tallest building. It is also not in Sandton. The tallest building is now The Leonardo and it was opened in 2019 in Sandton.

@@portalofsoul8429 the audio has since been edited to fix some of the errors I mentioned previously, probably due to the numerous comments I read 3 months ago regarding all these mistakes, but still the images are incorrect and in fact, The Leonardo building now mentioned is still never shown on screen as the images for it are still from the original description where he spoke about the outdated Carlton building being the tallest, hence only the Carlton is displayed still.

Istanbul is the largest city both in Turkey and Europe by its 16 million population. But the country's capital is Ankara. Nice video though!

Yeah, so the building they showed in South Africa is not the Leonardo. The pictures are of the Carlton Center and Ponti. These two buildings where built in the !970's and are both in downtown Johannesburg. The Carlton Center used to be the tallest building in Africa and the Southern Hemisphere. Downtown Johannesburg has become a slum and these two buildings are now just horrible eyesores. Companies moved to the Northern suburbs of Johannesburg in the 1980's and have built a whole new modern city in Sandton. The Leonardo is a tall modern building but isn't particulalry impressive in it's design. The interiors are however very opulent as they serve very wealthy clientele.
