It’s such an incredibly interesting easy read, and it really helps you choose weather contraception is good for you or not, and if so, which one to choose. We are each others best friend . We seriously don’t spend any time with anybody else . Simply because we can’t stand being away from each other .☺️ Today we look at all the people who made fun of our unseparable relationship and they are divorced . And today hubby and I are still madly in love . The best advice I can give for couples is no matter what , RESPECT your hubby or partner . I agree when it comes to birth control too! I was put on it for severe cramps but after 5 years, I developed a breast tumor (benign thank goodness) but I found out the birth control could have been the reason. Thank you for this video, Montana! 💜

Coming off bc was the best thing I ever did for myself. Natural family planning and tracking your cycle is the greatest thing I’ve learned and should really be taught to young girls so they can understand their bodies and not feel like they need to just get on a pill to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. 🎉❤

But what i can say ist please look out for doctors specially here in Germany we have some good ones out here who specialised on womans health, specifically in infertility. I try to avoid the risk of infertility by taking supplements Like vit B komplex or Folic acid which is super important because by taking birth control ur Levels of folic acid are going down which can lead to infertility thats why a lot of woman have Problems many years After taking birth control-please do ur Research and be safe out there💕
