In this video, I'm grabbing items from my stash. Things I have thrifted, got at yard sales, and the ever-famous dump finds and paring them with items I can repurpose into my upcycles. More repurposed upcycled @repurposedmyway
So jelly of your dump Shelly! I have to roam the streets to find unwanted "junk" 🤣! Absolutely love the game board transformation! The little lamp so sweet💗 I have some old springs I am using in a project as well, they are GREAT! My primitive soul sings when that lovely mustard color appears, so rich! That basket is simply lovely! Thanks so much for sharing my sweet, talented friend!🤗
Shelly, thank you for showing the basket makeover. You certainly gave inspiration on this one. I also have some old bed springs that I didn’t know how to style. Shelly to the rescue 😊. Thank you for all your wonderful videos.
Dang!!! Wish I had a dump with free stuff! The "egg tray" turned out so cute. Love the little lamp. The old napkin holders looks so much better with paint and greenery. The basket is so pretty. TFS Shelly P.S. All are my FAVORITE!
The napkin tote turned out great and is my favorite. I had never heard of mancala. Had to look it up and how to play. I saw egg holder too. Thanks for showing your process of doing baskets.
Great projects, Shelly! I can never pass up little totes and boxes! I love what you did with yours. Fab idea to add the spring to the candle, too! Thanks for sharing!
Hi Shelly, I really liked the project pieces you did. That game board/egg holder turned out nice looking n the light you found is cool. I try to find those small lights when I’m out. You adding the spring was a great idea n also the home spun material around neck of the candle looks awesome. You gave me a great idea, thanks. Doing that basket makeover a big thank you. I like that style n I’m going to definitely try it. ♥️♥️😊👍👍👍🌟
Never heard of that game you mentioned, only saw two egg trays!😁 Thank you for sharing your process of lining that basket. A refresher never hurts!❤ Gotta say the egg trays were my favorite though!❤❤
I used fusion woodwick paint on an antique corner cabinet outside and chocolate on the inside shelves and back of the shelves. So pretty. I really like the little tool box and will be doing that on one I have. If I don’t text after each project or forget what I wanted to say. 😂 thanks for sharing and listening.
My first time watching your channel and I thought it was fabulous. I really loved how you line the basket. The only think I would have done any different was to spray the basket brown and then did the mustard over it; but, I am a brown primitive kinda person. LOL Oh and its nice to meet you Shelly, I am Melinda.
They are all great, and I like each one, but I have to say the basket is my favorite! But then I love baskets. Thank you for this video. I definitely need to get some of the Waverly wax. I haven't ever used it before, but I love the effects I see people getting with it.
Shelly you are very clever! I'm so happy I found your channel.i have a very small booth at an antique mall, seems like people in the country where we live still like primitive so with what you are teaching me, I'm ever so great full. I would like to purchase some samples of fusion paint to try a few country colors , my fear it is beyond my budget😔 I loved your little tote and loved the color you painted it. Thank you again
Thank you! I'm so glad I can help. It is great paint, with a built in sealer. So you are saving money by not buying that. Honestly I enjoy using Waverly paint from Walmart just as much, and it's easier to distress back with too.
I might have a few in my stash I could part with. I sold a bunch last year and kept a few. Email me at repurposedmyway@gmail.com and I will let you know what I have.

I am glad you found inspiration. I love using those rusty springs on random projects. 😊
Loved them all but I think my favourite was the little lamp, as well as for eggs the trays would be great for jewellery or beads 😊❤

I bet that color combination looks beautiful together. The little tote was fun and so easy to do. I love how they come out.
Love the little light! I wish that was in your etsy store for purchase :)
If it doesn't sell in my booth by next week when I go again, I will add it for purchase.😊

Hey Melinda! Nice to meet you!! Brown would have been great too. It's all in preference and subject to change of course.

You have to try it! It is such a game changer for so many things. I like to water it down a bit and use it as a stain too.

Sweet Little Lamp.
Dont forget to distress and wax the feet of the egg carton project. You might want to fill the legs if you plan on selling it.
Yes, it's looking good and ready for someone to love them. 😊
I got a mancala game board great idea!
Go for it! I have never played it, but I do use egg holders. lol
